Well, we should all be so lucky. Mr. Newman lived a charmed life by any accounts I've read, and now he's goin' out on his own terms. Good for you, Fast Eddie. I got to watch Newman take a few hot laps in his Daytona Proto at the Rolex 24 at Daytona in '05, at 78 freakin years old!! Combine his lust for life with his philanthropic acts and amazing talent, and he's the kind of man I'd love to be like.

The day Reg Dunlop dies will be a very sad day indeed. He will be missed.

It's really heartbreaking. I remember when June Carter Cash passed and we watched grief drag down Johnny and knew he'd be gone soon. Kind of feels like that to me. A classier guy never made movies. You may come up with one just as classy, but more? Naw. Godspeed to you Paul Newman.

Peace Brother... You have shown myself, my Dad and my boys how to be a man. Through your work on the screen, the philanthropic work and your drive in racing we have always looked up to you and been damn proud. Thank you for ...well...being you!!!

A great actor, philanthropist and sportsman, it'll be sad when he leaves our plane.
