Spofi EPL fantasy footie: Week 34 update. OK, it might be reasonable to say that there are 36 people that won't be winning the pool, but don't be accused of only singing when you are winning. Because most teams have reason to sing after this week.

Highs all around. The highest score in the pool by any team with 144 points. The highest average score in the SpoFi pool with 73.4. The highest global average with 63. The top week score in the Spofi pool so far this year. No, make that the top 9 scores this week tied or beat the highest score we'd had in the pool yet this year Spofield Town's 86 in week 22. So, personal bests put up by Ardley Athletic, Arrowwood United, ATL Untitled, BillSaysThisScores!!, Crap City United, Cutters IV, EnFuego, Fencers, I Like Beer, Inter Hoxton, Middle Pocket Mares, My Hair Is So Bangin, PunksInTheBeerlight, The Clitorati, The Magyars, This is Anfield, vagabonds, Yukon United, aaaaaad Zizou Headbutters Lots of shuffling in the battles for 4th to 10th. The Clitorati finishes in 1st on the week for the fourth time, tying him with En Fuego for the tops in that regard. It was also his 8th finish in the top three, which ties him with Crap City United and puts him one back of Phatcat FC. Zizou Headbutters (13th), PunksInTheBeerlight (6th) and The Clitorati (4th) have each reached their top overall position so far this season. Fencers and Zizou Headbutters have both set their marks for best three week form.

Best weekly score for the season, but still below the global average. No traction. No, none at all. However, like Arsenal, wc2k2 is making his run too late...

You're right, owlhouse. Perhaps I'll finish in the top 10.

It was a good week for some of the big guns in the EPL (mainly Gerrard and Fabregas in FFL ownership terms). Sadly I sold Gerrard a couple of weeks ago and ignored the obvious Lampard -> Gerrard (c) this week. I've been stitched up like a kipper in another mini-league with two teams posting scores of 124 (435th overall for the GW) and 126 (228th overall for the GW) respectively. Both of them captained Gerrard. At least you lot are too crap to reproduce that level of performance. Well done to FB for cracking the ton. Bloody Gerrard.

I've been stuck in 12th place for so long, I'm pretty sure that's where I'm going to end the season. I'll put together a couple of weeks where things go right followed up with a couple of weeks were things just go. Oh well, at least the Costanza's out of reach.

Back in the highlight again (in a good way).

My dreams of higher rankings have been dashed on the rocks of reality. If I had known at the start what I know now, I would have easily finished . . . 15th or better.

I love how the giant text goes underneath the timestamp. FB has achieved yet another milestone this week.
