The Red Mist had his third best week, in the top three for the third time and in the top 10 for the tenth time. PunksInTheBeerlight had his best week, fifth time in the top 3 and 13th time in the top 10. It is his second best score after a 77 in week 25. It is the first time he has topped the table. EnFuego fifth time in the top 3, 9th time in the top 10. The 74 matches his personal best which he had when he tied for the top in week 26. Both EnFuego and The Red Mist have topped the table three times now. That ties them at the lead of that metric with The Clitorati, Phatcat FC and Salmacis FC. 00100011 00110001's finished 1st last week and 36th this week which is his worst showing, and one worse than his placing in 35th two weeks ago. Though he admits to being in a transitional period and his squad is on autopilot for the time being. vagabonds have moved up to 30th overall which is his highest placing yet (Salmacis results retroactively applied to the beginning of the season).

OK. At this rate, I'll be lucky to finish in the top 10. Last week was a nice boost, but this week has brought me firmly back to earth.

How many times have we have a 1 - 28 - 1 and a 36 - 1 - 35 in the same week? I endeavor to say ZERO times. Crazy. Suddenly wondering - is the WC2002 interview series ever going to return? It only came to mind because I was pondering my position at the top of the table and thinking that some adjustments my EPL pool strategy were made since my interview transpired (in which I revealed my "good for top 8" strategy).
