Fantasy Basketball H2H league: Week 7 update. Ying Yang Mafia retakes the lead, but YukonGold is only a half game behind. There are still 4+ months to go, with six teams in position to fight for the last playoff spot.
Tolbert had to wake up unhappy today. When I went to bed he had a 5-4 lead with steals the only category up for grabs. I needed 2 more but the lineup didn't look prosperous and we were down to second halves. Then Rashard Lewis (who already stole 3PM earlier from Tolbert in the night) had 4 steals in the second half. Halleluiah! Combine that with AI getting traded and the Sixers needing Webber to get involved it's a pretty good comeback STEAL.

Crap. I've got two little "info flashes" on my team, on Bosh and McGrady, both doubtful. This should be a crummy week.

YYM's Formula for Winning: 1. Set your lineup every week. 2. Pick up high ranked free agents. 3. Get lucky with the auto draft. 4. Beyond that have no real idea what you're doing.

1. Set your lineup every week. I think this is the most important. I've lost because I forgot, and I've won because my opponent forgot.

Yeah, that week sucked. No comment. Can I claim to be the first to go blue-red-blue on Dusty's chart? Also, anyone need a strictly rebounding and block stud? I just need some decent FT% (including a decent amount of attempts per game to make it matter). Pryzzy's up for grabs.

At 5-4, I think the battle of the basement dwellers was a pretty good one. With absolutely NO 3-pt shooters on my team (KG was my leader last week???) I was way outta the hunt in a few categories. And, if it wasn't for a spell of turnovers, I would've held out in at least one other. This week, I'm gonna NEED to have some guys catch fire for me. P.S. thanks to all who offered, but I figure after holding on to Gasol for this long, I'm gonna ride it out with him.

My guys need a bleeping pep talk, that's for sure Yukon....or maybe a 6am practice, that'll get the little fuckers to produce.

Still slightly regretting the whiteboy cast. Anyone want to offer anything for Adam Morrison? Matt Harpring? Dustin Diamond?

Dustin Diamond? I don't think anyone is inviting Screech into their locker room anytime soon. ....or maybe a 6am practice During my days in Storrs there was a rumor about Calhoun making the team run suicides for 90 minutes after the charter flight home from a loss at Notre Dame. That's your ticket.

First it was Monta Ellis and now it's Matt Barnes (who I managed to snag). The Warriors are definitely playing Nellyball... lots of guys that can go off any night, but no consistent playing time.

And now my second PG (Jameer Nelson) goes down. I think I'm heading for a blue week.

I read Gasol could be back in action by Friday or Saturday!!! Not that one man can save my sorry ass, but it sho' might help! How 'bout that Vince Carter 3-pt. streak???

Hey Spitz, did you really pick up Fred Jones?

Maybe he thought he was getting a Star player poised for a comeback?

I bet Star gets more playing time than Fred.
