I see a huge-ass blank leader to this comment. go figure. (or maybe it is there to build suspense! dun-dun-dah!) Phatcat FC tops the week table for the 4th time joining other 4 timers Shoreditch United and Ardley Athletic.

Fabulous score garfy. Have you ever considered playing for Liverpool? You'd fit in nicely. :(

Birmingham 0 Liverpool 7 (that's at the Blues's home stadium) Who woulda thunk the Blues were so bad?

In other news, I'm barely keeping up w/ squealy.

All 7 goals, in moving and talking pictures. Watch for that Garcia dummy that opens up Gerrard's cross for Goal 4, and Gerrard's mid-air backheel to set up the Riise rocket for Goal 5. Brilliant.

Watching it live on tv was enough ta very much.

Thanks guys. I liked the 'meow.' Lucky bellamy. Sitting pretty with 3 players for ManU's double game week. Bill, here I come. DVR'd the drubbing, but only watched the first three goals last night. I'll have to look again for 4 and 5.

I blew off the rest after JAR's lovely blast. 5-0, I didn't have the heart to see the own goal. And garfield, that boasts been made before.

...and NYTex made good on it with 84pts! First Top 5 for me....w00t! w00t! I'm coming to get ya, coming to get ya Spitting out lyrics homie I'll wet ya that boast hasn't been made, right? though I don't know how accidental saliva discharge is supposed to be boastful.

True dat! How Tex picked Ferdinand to do so well versus my choice of Park I cannot explain, since I'd have selected either of his other two game players, CRonaldo and Harewood, as captain. Not that the four point difference would have changed his jump. I blame Lampard, Terry and Henry--heck, Henry got auto-subbed!

Heh. How Tex picked Ferdinand to do so well versus my choice of Park I cannot explain, since I'd have selected either of his other two game players, CRonaldo and Harewood, as captain. It seemed pretty straightforward. United haven't had a midfielder whose spot is guaranteed since Keane was healthy and with Harewood you never know what you'll get. I thought they would get two clean sheets in these fixtures so the choice of Rio as captain was clear. The biggest move I made last week was the selling of Gerrard and bringing in Ronaldo. I never like fielding local players in derbys, especially big name players. The chance of a red card (and -2 points) is too great.
