Haven't done this in a while... Weekly + avg score was 54.7. This highest since a 54.7 in week 16 and a 61.4 in week 9. Not surprising given all the double gameweeks in the mix. + Ardley Athletic is tops for the 4th week so far. That puts him ahead of Phatcat FC, Sauril's CruiseControlBoys and Shoreditch United who've each been tops on three occasions. + Texas/NY Devils FC hits 2nd on the week, his highest placing since topping the table in week 16. + Shoreditch United is third for the third time in the last five weeks. + BillSaysThisScores!! ranks 17th on the week. His rise up to what was third place was a result of consistent placings in the top 10. since week 17 he's been outside the top 10 only once between this latest week. overall + This is 11 weeks at the top of the table for Ardley Athletic. That has surpassed the run of 9 weeks at the top that Wigan Dragons had earlier. + The gap of 95 points from first to second is larger than it has been all season + Crap City United is up four spots over the past three weeks + Cutters III is up three spots over the last two weeks + Trox Untitled is down four spots over the last two weeks Form guide 3 week average Ardley Athletic: 59.7 Cutters III: 58.3 Crap City United: 58.0

Wow did I have a bad week. But who would have thought Shay Given could get 15 points with Newcastle? I mean really, Newcastle??? And to get only ten from Terry, Lampard and (captain, played two games) Henry as well.

Yes I am Stuck in the middle with you... ...spots 3 through 13 anyway. It amazes me that only 105 points separate those 11 positions. Does anyone have the table through round 26 last year for comparison? Thanks for the breakdown, gspm. It's always great info for the number crunchers.

Anyone playing with a full 11 this week?

I hope I am.

I have 11 available to play. Normally these cut-down gameweeks favour those who have a playing squad rather those than cut it fine. Can't say I'm happy to be playing 3-5-2 though. Especially with the back four entirely made up from two "unfashionable" teams. Only time will tell.

Yeah, my bench has devolved into three West Brom players. And they are all in this week. Certainly not my first choice XI but we'll see what happens (hopefully none of the WB players give me a -1 like one did last week).

41pts from 8 players - not bad considering I only have 10 players, at best, this wk. Chelsea rested Crespo for the Barca return leg, I'm sure.

Texan: Here's last season's week 26, I think (it was posted in the Week 25 post, and there was no separate Week 26 post). Courtesy of Calmy. Looks like I'm 31 points off my own pace from last season (I know, we're not quite done with this gameweek) but considering I'm still in #2, that's not too bad.

I was winning at this time last year. GEEE. Thanks for the reminder. Should be noted that the scoring system is different this year (more generous on the awarding of bonus points and assists) but you'd not notice it based on the scores at the top of the table.

I'm still fourth ;) or at least at the moment without bonuses assigned.

Hey guys, the Champions League fantasy thing is also back up and running, although in the SpoFi mini-league we've had 2 drop outs who forgot to put a new team in. If I knew anything about technology, I'd post an update, but...

I'll post an update but I thought that we're in the middle of a "gameweek" (I haven't checked but I thought that the "home and away" round of 16 was one game week). OK - scratch that. Each leg is treated as a different Matchday. Maybe I'll piggyback the updates in the EPL threads given that there are 7 updates to be made in the next three months and there are currently only 6 active participants.
