Arsenal imploding!: Did you see that! Rory Delap scores two in the last ten minutes to extend the Gunners losing streak to two. Chelsea is trashing WBA 4-1. And Man U is losing to Portsmouth - woohoo! Wonder what our fantasy leagues look like after this weekend. The race is wide open now. Crazy!

Oops. Well. 2-2 to the Arsenal. Lucky gits. But ManU still lost. Hoohoo. And Lumpy Lampard got a goal. Hoohoohoo!

Heh. Posting a fraction too early there. It's interesting to see Middlesbrough and Everton above the whining Red Devils after almost a third of the season. Meanwhile, in other news, (as in news that's important to me), Ipswich won 3-0 at home to Preston to go second in The Championship™.

MrBismark, I'm sure we're all rooting for Ipswitch this season so next time around we can root for our teams to destroy tem in the Premiership. Yay, Ipswitch!

And thanks a lot WC! Now I understand why we (LFC) gave up two crappy first half goals and lost Cisse to a broken bone--on a foul in the box that wasn't called, much less a PK awarded--due to your uncalled for early yipping. Please go tell Mini-WC to spank you for being such a bad boy.

Whatever it takes*, Bill. Whatever it takes*. *Provided "whatever it takes" doesn't include buying the likes of Finidi George and Matteo Sereni again.

Hey, good luck to the Tractor Boys. It'll be good to see them back in the Premiership. Now, as for sodding LFC. What the hell? We couldn't beat Blackburn? C'mon! And Cisse getting hurt had nothing to do with it. I was going to say we should get another central defender, but it was Josemi's (can we say he was "left back"? hah) weakness that was continually getting exposed. We coulda had Riise in Josemi's place, but our attack would've been weaker for it (and he might not have scored). Also, it looks like we still haven't figured out how to handle crosses and headers. What is going on? Now we've got to go and buy a striker coz Cisse is crocked. Not that I've been entirely impressed with him when he's been healthy. When Cisse starts scoring goals like Andy Johnson (who plays all alone upfront, for crying out loud, with support staff whose combined transfer prices are probably less than Cisse's), I'll start missing him. Maybe we'll finally get that striker from Madrid, or, for a real bargain, Andy Johnson.

That was never a foul on Cisse. I think he broke his own leg to escape the misery that is playing for Liverpoo.

As opposed to the misery of playing for Birmingham, who lost at home to one of the bottom sides? Misery, I think that's what Heskey is feeling now.

It's confirmed now, that Cisse is out for the season. Having broken my own leg playing football, I wouldn't ever wish an injury of this sort on another player - especially a professional. There is a tiny, tiny part of me though, that's glad that Liverpool's attention will be on finding a forward that can contribute straight away in January now, meaning that they won't be sniffing around Dean Bowditch any more. Here's hoping "Dribble" makes a full recovery.

Who's Dean Bowditch? Sounds like some hog farmer from the heartland. As for the fantasy league, tho' I know it won't last for long, I just have to say ... I'm fourth! Whooooooo!

Bowditch comes from the same factory that brought Titus Bramble, Keiron Dyer and Darren Ambrose - Newcastle have got bored of buying them now. He might sound like a hog farmer, but he looks like the spotty one who stands at the back of a boy band.

You should see the one sauril links to (on the frontpage) of Cisse breaking his leg. Gawd. I want to skip lunch.

I saw the big version this morning and almost lost my coffee... Josemi was absolutely terrible against Blackburn. Hyppia was at fault for both goals, but Josemi as much as him for the second.

Kirkland was at fault for the second one...why doesn't anyone see this?! He was 8 yards off his line again for no freakin' reason!

A lousy 43 points this week, but I somehow contrived a move up the table to FOURTH! FOURTH!
