one mistake, catfish is not tied for W. not that he needs it anyway.

I guess this is as good a place to ask... Am I overstepping lines by making trades or is DJacobs the only one offended? The way he makes it sound, you guys are stupid and I am steamrolling over you and stealing your players.

Considering I have passed you in the standings, you go ahead and keep making trades. :) Seriously, it shouldn't make a difference to anyone if someone wants to trade their roster every 3 weeks. I was really busy in the first two months trying to assemble a proper pitching lineup (doing okay now) by trolling the waiver wire. Making trades is half the fun of fantasy sports. And it's not like someone is trading you Alex Rodriguez for Rey Ordonez...

jerseygirl, I wasn't offended, but I was sounding the alarm for other owners. You seem to be shaping up as the Billy Beane of spofi.

I like the constant trading, personally. So far, I've certainly been getting the short end of the stick, but I think I'm starting to realize how I should have played this from the beginning and will be better off for next year's league. Ultimately, if Torii and Pat Burrell come up with the numbers they are capable of, I'll be a lot better off, but with Bernie out for 6 weeks, I definitely am in trouble.

Good thing you're "sounding the alarm", everyone seems outraged by the trading.

Bernie who? ;) With Sosa coming off the DL, I have an OF to deal, plus possibly a reliever. Anyone up for another blockbuster?

Bernie Williams.

Oh ... I was just making sure he was the same Bernie I unloaded not too long ago. Thanks for the clarification.

Yup. That trade's looking better for you every day : ) Way to swindle!
