Bo Jackson was accused of steroids and has decided to file a defamation lawsuit against the newspaper.: This is huge news as it serves as the first professional athlete in today's culture to stand up against accusations. The story takes on a life of its own as the newspaper pulls the article and the accuser is a nutritionist with no apparent steroids expertise. After all the Balco and Canseco accusations, this is the first athlete to sue for defamation.

This was a great article. I read it yesterday and did some more digging. There is some fascinating stuff on the web concerning the physics of pitching. Many of the most common pitching injuries can be traced to poor pitching posture. Amazing our bodies can endure such stress.

"Bo's reaction to the newspaper article was the reaction I expected from Palmeiro and never got. If its not true, then go after who ever said it." Agreed. Shocking that more people who deny taking steroids don't take action against their accusers.

Helton went off on the reporter, but didn't sue for defamation. Bo Knows Lawsuits. You'd think McGwire, et. al. would have stepped up and sued Canseco.

They have ruined the site by killing the homepage. 2001 was their prime year. Great layout, easy to load, nothing heavy. Now it's just saturated.

I have a true dark horse, but I think he'll turn it up and finish in the top three: Rich Beem. Ok, now that you've stopped laughing ... Seriously, is this about the best week for pro golf?
