Damn, Leroy.: Rosenior loses his manager's job at Torquay United after ten minutes. Can anyone top that for the shortest reign as coach?
Best comment seen on a message board about this so far: "Mind, when you get to a certain age, ten minutes on the job can be quite an achievement."

Couple of questions: 1. Did he get paid by the minute? 2. Does he put it on his CV?

Tough to make that safe-looking on a resume.

Or listed under 'achievements in the position': 'Signed contract. Name spelled correctly.'

Man! It's even hard to get fired that quickly in "Football Manager"!

At least he can claim: "I'll give 100% commitment to my job every minute I'm coach of this team...all 10 of them."

Basil Fawlty unofficially was the Torquay manager for about five minutes, but that was only because the owner's contract was ruined by a clumsy Manuel (he's from Barcelona).
