Nope. Chris Ballard doesn't get it at ALL.: True Hoop's Henry Abbott takes apart Chris Ballard's latest SI article on the internets impact on sports reporting. If Mr. Ballard wanted a better perspective on blogging, he could have interviewed his new co-worker DodgerThoughts blogger Jon Weisman.

Nice link lilnemo. I once read a wise comment (I think on a political blog) that journalists might think about this phenomenon a bit differently if they just replaced the word "blogger" with the word "reader." After all, every blogger is somebody who consumes journalists' work. They just happen to be a vocal minority who don't want to sit passively and absorb the journalist's wisdom without questioning. Too bad for the journalists.
