as a Dept. of Ed. official noted last night on NPR, department funds are best used in the classroom, not the courtroom. I couldn't agree more -- and the way that Dept. of Ed. officials can best make that happen is to do the right thing, not by indulging in blatant gender discrimination as in this case.

supposedly Jackson failed to pursue a couple of avenues available to him....but whatever, he got shitcanned, so shame on you, school people.
