Here we go again. What's it going to take to stop this? Is it even important to stop this? I think nothing short of a cultural shift - one that doesn't emphasize winning at all costs - will stop the cat-and-mouse game of elite-level athletics and anti-doping measures.

You know that drug violations in sports are out of hand when the sport of curling has doping violations/allegations... I don't think it was 'roids but who knows and why not take the test?...very strange.
