Baseball Under the Midnight Sun: [New York Times] "In the first inning, a routine fly ball drifted above the left fielder, who, positioning himself just right in the grass, held up his mitt — and then lost the ball in the sun. Those are some great pictures of the game. It's like one of those evening games where the field is bathed golden for a few minutes before it gets dark... except instead of a few minutes, it's a few months.
