UK Parliament recommends premier league wage caps: and a raft of other ideas. Can a single league unilaterally apply any of these measures? Should it?

I think the share the wealth idea is a good thing. But it won't fly.

I'd be amazed if any of those recommendations actually came into being, good though many of them are.

What they SHOULD fix is the new offsides interpretation which Bolton was making a mockery of, and the freakin' free kick "can i take it now or do i have to wait" rule!
