Cubs hire a little scout and special assistant.: Grady Little that is. Removed from the manager role, at least he won't have any influence on when to pull the pitcher in Chicago.

...pull the pitcher... tee-hee :) sorry, couldn't help it. I'm surprised at this move. With Dusty and Grady in the mix, Wood and Prior should be slated for Tommy John surgery by opening day.
