Here's a quick video with a local lawyer of why the Florida State and Clem's Son suits against the ACC to break the grant of media rights deal will more than likely fail.

tl;dw: both schools willingly entered into the deal not just once, but twice and the only thing that has changed since then is market conditions and that is not a valid reason to break a contract.

I'd espcially like to get an opinion from our law talking guy on this.
