D.C.'s transit system will stay open an hour later on Tuesday & Thursday nights this week, in case Games 3 or 4 of the Capitals/Lightning series go to overtime. Exelon and Pepco stepped up to cover the cost for Tuesday night, Qatar for Thursday.
