NBA Offseason Heats up again.: What the Hell happened? I woke up this morning and the NBA Newswire blew up! The Grizz and Suns do a little dance. The Glen Rice era is over in Houston, but Jim Jackson and John Amaechi are a nice replacement set. Cherokee Parks has always felt that he and Pat Riley were meant for each other (wait, I'm confused). Anyone suprised by any of these moves?

DerMarr Johnson the former Hawk guard whom had a serious spine injury was signed by the Suns. The Sonics finally axed Joe Forte before he could poison training camp. Mateen Cleaves has caught on with the Celts. And last but not least, Craig Kilborn, host of "The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn'' is working out with the T'Wolves. Here's a qoute, "Two words for you: bounce pass,'' Kilborn said. "I have two more words for you: groin pull.''

The Raptors picked up Stanley Roberts, which is a total shot-in-the-dark by Grunwald. But hey, it can't hurt...

The Lakers signed Byron Russell. Although Phil Jackson said something to the effect of "it will take an act of god for him to make the roster." Theres a shining endorsement eh?

Still, nemo, Phil and God are on first name terms, so if the question is asked nicely not a big problem.
