Stoke City's Robert Huth was knocked unconscious today but carried on playing. I get that they were out of substitutes, but you'd think Stoke could bore the world to death with 10 players for the last few minutes.

The US beat Mexico again tonight, as Floyd Mayweather comfortably out-pointed Saul Alvarez.
It was a split decision for no reason I can determine, as one judge scored it 114-114... the same judge who called the Bradley-Pacquiao fight for Bradley, it turns out.
The other judges scored it 116-111 and 117-111, Mayweather, which was a lot closer to what I saw.

Not content with being "The Thinkingman's Club", Everton now want to do the thinking for you.
I'm really enjoying Greg Bedard's new NFL column for SI. He used to cover the Pats for the Globe and he provides a lot of tactical analysis of the game.
