Hey, sorry I didn't get to post sooner, but this might be the coolest historical baseball link ever on Sportsfilter. I read at least 10 of the obituaries (reliever Hugh Casey blowing out his neck with a shotgun while on the phone with his wife? Len Koenecke being beaten to death with a fire extinguisher after attacking a pilot in-flight?!?), and as horrible and morbid as they are, it's also fascinating stuff. The Mays/Chapman beaning is also an interesting read, although the author needs remedial English classes. Thanks, kirk ... you da man.

Man, that is a meaty link. There is an entire section that is a tribute to Thurman Munson, the greatest catcher and leader that I ever got to see play. Thanks for the link kirkaracha.
