Ah, the only guy here who really didn't do anything is Wallace. Mottola does have a career in baseball. Shuey, Hammonds and Nevin all had decent careers and made the proverbial shitload of money. I would think you could find a better example of the old "how much of a crapshoot the draft is" than this.
However, I am not a Jeter hater. I think he's one of the smartest players I've ever seen.
