Order the package, get a game. Pretty good deal if you ask me. Six months of baseball along with a pretty cool game. Downloadable roster updates sound very appealing.

Yerfatma's girl doesn't want him to spend money on baseball, she just wants him to shut up about spending money on baseball.

she just wants him to shut up about spending money on baseball Either way, she's encouraging me to buy it. And it's more like Stockholm Syndrome than mere annoyance.

Saw this last week. Take a good look at the fine print ('The first 1,000 valid requests will receive Acclaim's "All-Star Baseball 2004." The next 500 valid requests will receive Acclaim's "All-Star Baseball 2003." ') The promo's been out a while, so I wonder how many copies are left. It's still tempting, even without the game (it's the damn teaser week they give you for free. That and my girlfriend actually saying, "Why don't you just get it?" That's not helping either).
