Baseball Pitches Illustrated: Interesting look at how to identify pitches, including speeds and pitch movement.
As an ex-seamer and occasional leg break bowler in cricket, I've always been fascinated by baseball pitching.
However, the diagrams only tell me what happens to the ball in flight, not how to grip and throw. Anyone got a good reference for something like that?

How's this for a grip guide?

Cool. Thanks NoMich. Next season on TV will make more sense now.
Nice try, Bo, however I think that particular grip is used when the benches clear.

Thanks for posting this Mr GNP. Seeing the up/down and left/right movement charted like this is pretty cool. Of course, that is, if the pitcher has control. If not, all bets are off. And as one of the commentors brought up, there is no graph for the knuckleball. (If it's possible to create one, I don't know.)
