Iran Fines Soccer Officials for Mixed Mens/Womens Game: Several team officials were suspended in Iran for violating Islamic law by allowing a women's team to face its youth men's team.

They're nutty about the women folk there. Women also can't sing solo on recordings - they can only sing in a group of voices, and as backup.
That's so specific! I mean, talk about breaking down oppression to the minutae.
My girlfriend is Persian. She'lived in Tehran her whole life and she loves it there. But she doesn't want to go back. She loves being free. And bacon. She fucking loves bacon.
