Sorry, Drood. I didn't have any particular business interest in it. Thought people might explore it and bring their take on it.

I'm more interested in finding out if they're regulated.

How in hell is that spammy? I've thought for ages that such a thing would be at least an interesting idea. If it's handled well, I think it'd be alot of fun. Is sports betting regulated? If some of it is (I don't know) way most of it isn't. This is just a bit of fun to be had with your spare cash.

Thanks for bringing it up WC, whereas I may not participate, I'll watch.
