Ask SpoFi.: Anybody know where I can find NHL playoff stats by round?

Thanks. I just have to do the box score thing, but that's OK. I'm working at a friend's place right now, so I'll figure out the new standings later on tonight.

Thanks. I just have to do the box score thing, but that's OK. Are you just looking for the leaders of each team? Per Round? The Yahoo link has the leaders for G, A, P, GAA and more!

Yes, I saw that, but they're showing total playoff goals for the leaders. Using the Flyers/Canadien series as a guide, they show Umberger with 9 goals and Kovalev with 5 goals. Umberger scored only 8 goals in the series and Kovalev scored only 3 goals.

Ahh, sorry 'bout that, eh. Not much point to Yahoo doing a "series breakdown" if includes total playoff points!?!

That's cool, Bo. Thanks for helping. Someone that I know pointed this out to me: - Go to ESPN's NHL page. - Click on the team that you want your stats on. - Click on "Statistics". - In the "Splits" pull-down menu, choose the team that they just got done playing. You'll then see how many goals that each player scored (ESPN is currently set to show only playoff games). Very neat.

Yep, you can check with the guy running the SportsFilter NHL Playoff Pick'ems......oh, right. If you go to NHL.com, then click on the team logo of your choice. It will take you to the team's site. Mouse-over Stats, then choose game by game. From there you can click on each game date, and get out the calculator and a piece of paper. Or you could go here and click on "Series Breakdown" for the leaders.
