Sportsfilter Siting:: our own (I'm assuming) lawn_wrangler got a mention in a recent Guardian Football podcast. Admittedly it was for the simple act of posting a comment, but it was still weird to hear it at the gym. So I'm bothering you all with that news.

lawn_wrangler also was mentioned in one the original World Cup podcasts that begat the regular football podcast -- he requested that they (the podders) continue on post-WC into the Premier League season. So I guess we have him to thank for that. Oh, and he also washes Barry Glendenning's car on the weekends, so that doesn't hurt his shout-out potential. If it was not for the fact that he is married to my wife's sister, I would kill him out of jealousy.

It's not the colon, fatty, it's the spelling. Sighting, not Siting. Wake up, America! (Don't know if anyone listens to Paul Harvey. There used to be a segment with this curmudgeonly guy who just cracked me up with his down-home truisms. Anybody remember his name? I know the whole thing was an act, but damn, he was funny.)

Sighting, not Siting. Jesus. I knew there was something wrong, but I couldn't spot it.

I thought it was deliberate - 'siting' as in 'website'. OK, so it's just me then.
