And just like that, the Women's drama ended. Sharapova's dismal showing today means Beware and I will finish in a tie for first. Sharapova doesn't seem to enjoy playing in this tournament at all.

Well, Congrats to you both. Ufez is winning the men's side, I believe, even in the off-chance that Davydenko pulls off a miraculous upset!

Federer/Nadal. I am shocked.

The quarterfinal round of the French Open has been completed, and in theory, it would be possible for everyone in our little game to still have an intact team. In theory. The draw had Henin and Serena on a quarterfinal collision course, and that's just what happened...one left standing and it was Henin. Kuznetsova got upset, leaving Henin and Sharapova as the only SpoFite team members still standing on the women's side. On the men's, bperk and ufez made out well by combining the no-brainer Federer-Nadal pick with Davydenko for team bperk and Djokovic the Scary for team ufez. Let's not talk about the state of team bat. Ufez has what looks to be an unassailable lead on the men's side, while things have gotten very interesting on the women's side.
