Manchester United managed to lose 2 games on the trot which is bad news for their opponents today which happens to be my very own Birmingham, who are surely in for a tonking. Arsenal seem to be cruising with maximum points so far, and will be looking to put the nail in the coffin of Liverpools challenge tomorrow.. Chelsea had a mixed time of it with a good win and a draw aginst Southampton. They are the best footballing side in the division, and could yet spring a surprise. At the other end it looks grim for West Brom and despite a roller coaster ride against Newcastle, Bolton have too much to do. Sunderland look like they could be finding some form and both Leeds and West Ham are riddles wrapped in enigmas and beyond rational predicting. Biggest news of the weekend was wonderkid Wayne Rooney losing one record then creating another one. First Leeds nipper James Milner became the youngest player ever to score in the premiership, then Rooney got himself sent off against Birmingham, the youngest player ever to take the grim walk. Rooney got much sympathy for this but if Robbie Savage or Lee Bowyer had made a challenge like that the squeals from the media for draconian retribution would have been deafening. Pleasingly, Villa have performed badly and are certainties for relegation. The career of Mark Bosnich contiues to freefall. And that fucker starfucker continues to show us all the way
