As I recall, several years ago while Governor of Texas, Dubya was quail hunting and shot a Killdeer, having mistaken it for a quail for which he was fined by the Wildlife Department in Texas. There's a pattern here, but I'll bet Cheney won't be fined...after all, lawyers are not an endangered or protected species - for that matter, there even may be an bounty on them.
