Teresa needs to remember that blood is thicker than water and more than likely Sr would have done what Jr wanted so why is she being so pig headed about this??? Budweiser has said they will follow Jr no matter where he goes and his fans will always be loyal to him not DEI. Someone needs to tell her to pull her head from her ass and give hiom what he wants.

How will DEI recover from that??? Seems the widow is being selfish about the company.

I don't at all condone drunk driving, hell my brother was hit by a drunk driver and fortunately only lost his foot. But I was also not going to condemn the man before there was proof. I talk on my cell phone everyday and I have never had a problem then again I don't drink. If anything comes of this whole situation I hope that young ball players teenagers and kids realize that even big names aren't 10 foot tall and bullet proof. I feel sorry for his family this is not the way I would want to remember my loved one.

Put yourself in his mother or fathers position for 5 seconds. If you lost your son whether he was drinking or not and someone said that to you wouldn't you want to punch them in the face. I know I would. My cousin was killed in a car accident by his own stupidity but he wasn't drinking and my family knows that heartache to lose someone so young. And even though it was his fault if someone walked up to us even now and said well if he wasn't being stupid he would still be alive, that would be hurtful almost to the point of hateful. People grieving place there own blame, my dad died of cancer which nobody can control and I blamed him. So in grieving they are already mad at him why make it worse and grind that knife even more by slandering the man. Let him rest and let his family grieve in there way.

OK I am from St Louis and a huge Cardinals fan. I am disgusted at the amount of insensitive comments on this man. There is NO evidence at this time that he was drunk as a matter of fact the person he was with at Mike Shannons told USA Today that he didn't even have the conversation with him about thursdays game, and that he didn't appear at all drunk. Have you ever driven on Highway 40 in that area it's dark and if there is a car slammed into the median and a tow truck it's hard to see all that. How do we know he wasn't tired and maybe fell asleep at the wheel? At this point there is no evidence of anything that he did wrong, and if you are taking the word of someone who refuses to show his face how trust worthy do you believe he is?? That man wants his time in the spotlight, sorry but if it was me I would not hide who I am unless I am blowing it all out of my ass! If it comes out that he was drinking then let that be an example to kids as to what can happen when you drink and drive. But let the man rest.

Thank God I'm a Blues fan. That's a rarely heard phrase... Yes true it is but as a Blues fan I think we have the loyalty more than anyone else. Look at our team we have been horrible but people still go and say Go Blues when they see ya wearing a jersey or shirt or hat. We don't need big names to win games like the Red Wings they can be number one when they have the big names but where are they without them, in 4th and falling farther. And yeah they may be in a playoff spot but will they be there next year????? Should be interesting!! GO BLUES!!!!!!!

As a blues fan I am sad to say that if we keep trading players that are worth a crap we will still be the worst team in the NHL. I was hopeful this year, and so far we are a better team than last year but we have a long way to go. The new coach, owners, and hopefully new players are what we need. St. Louis needs hockey back. We have the potential to be a competitive team if we just pull our heads from our butts. I have no complaints at all on our team and Legace is the man gotta love him. No matter if they lose or won finish dead last or first I bleed blue. GO BLUES!!!!!

Sabres 1I have to say bein as I am a Blues fan I can't cheer for the Red Wings however I am glad it is them and not San Jose. However I have to give credit where credit is due and the Wings are doin pretty good but sometimes I think they forget they are playing hockey. I am sure all teams do it but you will see them play hard for 2 periods and then just forget that they can still lose.. Anaheim seems to be a pretty good team and so far this whole series has been a nail biter. It will be interesting to see who takes it all the way this year.
