Bolts zap Schottenheimer.

Wow!! Is the coaching pool full for next off season or what?!?! Maybe the single best crop of coaches ever to be picked from next year.

Bolts zap Schottenheimer.

This may go down as one of biggest front office gaffes in NFL history. The bolts just lost Cam Cameron, Wade Phillips and Marty Schott. I cant even count the years of experience that were just cast away. With Rivers, LT, and a mediocre reciever corps, these coaching jobs seem like a great place to go. However, as a coach, i would be a little wary of this job, seeing as the head coach was just fired after going 14-2. 14-2!!!!!!!!!!! There is nowhere to go but down, so there will be no comfortability in the coaching seats. Add in a new offense and a new defense and new minicamps, quarterback schools, and new training camp and this team may not make the playoffs next year. In my opinion, the bolts have just givin themselves the "shocker".

Lefty Answers Prayers of Football's Dirtiest Player

Does this mean i have to quit "hating" Phil?? Phil really is a humble and respectful person. In regards to the NFL, if they go back and pay one claim, the pandora's box of claims will be opened. Hundreds upon hundreds of players would immediately file a claim. It may very well cost the NFL one of those billions they have in the bank. Better to let the old guard die off or kill themselves off before addressing post career bodily damage. Concussions is number 1 on the list for the NFL today, not paying for the thousands of destroyed knees of the players of the 60's and 70's. For the record, I strongly disagree with the NFL's position on this.

New sheriff in town.

another poorly officiated game. That foul call on Devin Harris before the ball was even thrown in was a ridiculous attempt by the ref to become a factor in this game. Does that ref expect anyone to believe that contact down low during the setting of a pick has not occured 500 times without a whistle blowing this series alone!! Calls like that late in a game reek of meddling by ...........??? I dont know...... I love seeing Finley's number called late..... I saw him miss too many clutch shots as a Mavericks fan. Pop dropped the ball by structuring that play around Finley. I think Pop wanted Finley to put the final nail in the Mavs coffin so bad that it clouded his judgement....
