Hope people keep talking enough smack about Vince and his throwing motion to make him drop all the way to the Cowboys in the draft. That would be sweeet!

The Rangers finally got some pitching to go with their high powered offense, led by Tex and Young. Hope Millwood is the "Ace" Texas has been lookin for. Go Rangers, and to some extent...go 'stros!

Most Valuable Player is the player most valuable to his team. The Dallas Mavericks would not be the best team in the Wetern Conference and second best in the league right now if Dirk was not a part of that team. The Mavericks have the best record in the league from December 31st until now and Nowitzki is THE reason. Dirk is my vote for MVP as of right now and hopefully if the Mavericks as a team (Dirk included) keep playing Avery Johnson lock-down defense then be looking for these guys to be in the Finals if not the World Champs come June.

jim rome doesn't say ban the sport dumbaasssss.another so called clone who doesn't understands romies rheteric.he has jimmie johnson on the show almost monthly.down the backstretch is the only place they should be bump drafting and on a long straight away like that it can be done safetly as apposed to the damn dogleg (kurt busch).i'd try smaller fuelcells make pit more that would probably seperate them some, hell i don't know.and you countdracula58 your the idiot JIM ROME RULES.countdracula what the hell is that do you go around telling people your going to suck out thier blood.WAR jeff gordon and dale jr. both making the chase both the icons need to be in the chase.not too many people like both jr.and gordon but those are my 2 favorites. posted by kckurtbusch at 8:56 AM CST on February 13 I think this idiot proves that NASCAR has a good majority of rednecks as fans, but hell doesn't EVERY sport have their fair share? I am not a big NASCAR fan until the chase starts, too many races, too many drivers, too little competition. I may get railed for saying all this but even Dale Jr. admits that every single driver knows that death and imminent injury are part of being a race car driver, so hell let 'em race, plates or no plates, bump draft or none, everyone wants to see a good pile-up no matter what economic background you come from. In the immortal words of Russ Martin, "Here they come down the stretch and they turn left, now back around and, another left, and now down the straightaway and left, and another...left, and left again, and again.....its mindnumbing!

The Mavs will win this years championship, guaranteed! Avery has inspired the defense that the Mavs lacked, their bench is deep, and nobody can say that in addition to his 30+ points per game that Dirk has ever given up that many in a game to anyone else as Crickette has asserted. This is our year, this is Marks year, and with the 2nd best record in the league and a 5-1 record against the likes of San Antonio and Detroit we got the best in the NBA runnin' scared. Go Mavs!

"Of course the officials weren't intimidated. At least no more than the other officials who have given Kobe technical fouls to the tune of a league-leading 11. Maybe, instead of being so concerned with Mark Cuban, Phil should be worried about the new rule in place that causes a player to be suspended a game after he gets his 16th technical foul of the season. And if I remember correctly, every technical after 16 results in a 1-game suspension as well. Can't wait to hear what he has to say when that happens." I can't either Mark, I can't either!

Phil seems irritated Kobe couldnt "get it up" for the game in Dallas so he blames Cuban for influencing the officials?? I live in Dallas, go to lotsa games, Cuban couldnt intimidate my 3 year old! Take one look at the guy. Now if you wanna say its based on the tapes he sends to the leaugue about the officials mistakes during home games then consider what the NBA does with them. They are given to the head of officiating, he watches 1 out of every 10 to substatiate any claims, throws the rest away, and to date not one official has lost their job or been reprimanded as a result of a Cuban tape. I think if the officials are more likely to watch their ass when they come into Dallas because of that, then so be it, I am sure most NBA teams would love to have that ability. And would love to have an owner as involved and passionate as Cuban. Thats all I've got to say about that.

He will probably put the ball on E-Bay. Then someone in the Pats front office or anyone involved with the operations of the Pro Football HOF will simply use their resources to outbid whatever schmuck wants a 50 year Flutie kick, and end up coming out WAY better than this guys terms. Can't say I blame him for trying though, more ridiculous demands have been met by other sports before.

Get over it. He cheated on his wife, not on you. Tron- Do you really think that 18 year old girl in Colorado was Kobe's original sin? C'mon the guy is as much of player off the court as he is on, and that was the point of my post. Not to applaud those who don't deserve our respect.

I wonder if Kobe will Celebrate with his WIFE this time? In Colorado perhaps? Or did we all forget what a quality individual we are talking about here regardless of his on the court accomplishments? Its sad that this is the most popular post simply because Kobe doesn't deserve to be talked about at all. Ever.

Reggie Bush Cover Model
C'mon, who outshined who this season when it really counted, in the Championship game, MostInValuablePlayer, Vince "Freak of Nature" Young. Its alright if he falls all the way to 7th or further in the draft, cause like he said in Sports Illustrated this week, "You don't have to pick me, but I WILL NOT FORGET."
