Certainly the Volunteers designs on such lofty status hinge on their trip to the Swamp. They never could beat the Gators when they had Peyton Manning, and it is hard to picture their young QB matching bombs with Chris Leak. Can Urban Meyer step into the SEC pressure-cooker and compete toe to toe with the conference coaching dean right out of the box? With the rejuvenated Gator Nation on an emotional high, and the bad karma from last year's officiating travesty hovering over Fat Boy Phil and the Vols, I'm betting he can. If the Gators are not so jacked up they can't remember the plays, the Volunteers may be revealed as somewhat more ordinary than the expert consensus. Or even Terry Bowden's ravings.

Laissez Les Bon Temps Roulez!
Lifelong Saints and Gator fan here, thinking if Saints win Super Bowl I may give up sports, having climbed every mountain. I have followed the Saints season as you may expect in extraordinary detail, and TBH synopsis of season is pretty much the best journalism I have seen on the subject. I believe this team is more focused on the road, and will beat the Bears, good Lord willing. Having won one for the fans, this team can now win one for each other, before reassuming their role as Feel Good poster children for the Super Bowl.
