I don't know if this will serve to only muddy the guessing waters, but here is CBS's full injury report.

Thanks for the sick, lame, and lazy report, NoMich. It will help a bit. Dunleavy being absent from Chicago takes away a pretty reliable 3-point threat and a solid veteran presence on and off the floor. I will be at the Chicago vs Boston game tomorrow night, solidly rooting for the Celtics to keep the home streak alive. They are home after a long road trip on which they went 3-2, and lost to San Antonio by 3 when a last-second 3-point try missed. Teams sometimes have some difficulty in the first home game after a long road trip, so it makes the prediction a bit tough.

I'm still a little surprised at how good Indiana has been. I had them winning 26 games at the start of the season but they should have that by the middle of January. I didn't see Paul George picking up right where he left off after that injury and I really didn't expect this team to be able to play defense. Their bigs getting minutes are Ian Mahinmi, Lavoy Allen, and Jordan Hill and they have a top 10 defense. I really need to watch them and see what's going on. Is Vogel just that good of a coach?

Fuckin' Hawks won as well. Man, I am really terrible at guessing winners.

Eh, that Hawks/Mavs game could've gone either way. I don't think anyone led by more than five throughout the game, there were 20-ish lead changes, and there was a foul called against Wes Matthews with less than 30 seconds to go that was "questionable", to put it kindly.

Hawks won as well
Mr. Cuban was, shall we say, displeased with the officiating, but then when is he not? Thanks to some unknown woman who wound up under a Red Line train on the MBTA last night I never got to the C's game. Thought for a while I would end up walking through Cambridge from Central Square to where I had parked at Alewife, but managed to decipher the bus routes. I guess nailing the spread on the Celtics was my reward.

Goyoucolts picks the right week not to pick. All six slam dunks lose (++) when the Pelicans throw off the yoke of tyranny and upset the Cavaliers.
Rules
Pick the winner and spread for each game. Score 5 points if the team wins, 3 more points if your spread is close and another 2 if you hit the spread exactly.
At your option, make one game a slam dunk to triple your score in victory or lose 5 points in defeat.
Read the detailed rules on the first week's post.
If SportsFilter is down and you need to submit your picks, you can send them in email to me.
This Week's Games
A normal six-game slate this week with lots of competitive games. The Celtics look for a fourth straight win at home against a Bulls team that has lost two straight. The better-than-expected Mavericks host the worse-than-expected Hawks with close to identical records. The Kobe Bryant farewell tour makes a stop in San Antonio.
