Thank God for the First Amendment: A district judge ruled that boxers have a consitutional right to sell temporary tatoos on their backs during matches.

If you work for a company and they stipulate certain limitations on your job based on a contract, you should probably follow those rules while on the job (in the ring) The reasons for banning temporary tattoos seem pretty good to me. If the boxer wants to promote casinogoldbigmoneyxxx.com or whatever, he is FREE to do it on his own time.

If these tatoos become the norm in the ring, this sport would become a bigger embarrassment then it already is.

wasn't there some tomato can who had sponsor names on the bottom of his shoes so the product placement could come after he was knocked out? please explain the difference between this and NASCAR or the PGA, if the boxers wore fruity little golf shirts would it suddenly be OK?
